Testimonials

Ignorance of the law is no excuse' and few occupants in CBD buildings - including lawyers - would be aware that "occupier" obligations under the fire safety regulations extend beyond mere participation in the building owner's compliance regime.  The "occupier" (each tenant) often has distinct statutory obligations, including the need for a specific evacuation plan, diagrams, staff training, etc..  Corrina and the team at Life International Training recently provided our firm with the materials and training needed to comply with these occupier obligations.  They were knowledgeable, efficient and the service was cost effective.  The training was convenient, practical and personable.  I recommend them.

A person conducting a business or undertaking has more specific obligations under the WHS Regulations to manage the risks of hearing loss associated with noise at the workplace, including:

  • ensuring that the noise a worker is exposed to at the workplace does not exceed the exposure standard for noise
