Frequently Asked Questions

I have booked a training course but one of my staff is sick, should I cancel the course?

No, when they are well enough, we will organise for them to attend training with a Public Course.

I have only one person, can I book into a course?

Yes, we run Public Courses once a month.

Do I need to do Accredited Fire Training?

Generally, there is no legislative requirement that Fire & Evacuation Training must be an accredited course.

Do I need to prepay for the training?

NO - If you are an individual attending a course, payment is required at the conclusion of the training session. If you are a company, we give you an account.

I don't have a first aid kit, which one should I get?

If you are not sure, call us and we will assist you in undertaking a risk assessment to determine your needs. Our National Standard First Aid Kit is generally suitable for low to medium risk businesses.

Can I pay by Credit Card?

We accept Visa and Mastercard.
