I have booked a training course but one of my staff is sick, should I cancel the course?

No, when they are well enough, we will organise for them to attend training with a different client. What goes around comes around, so sometimes you may be asked to have someone else attend your course.

I have only one person, can I book into a course?

Yes we run public courses once a month and we can hook into the St John Ambulance network if we cannot place you in one of our courses.

Do I need to do Accredited Fire Training?

No. Unless you are in a high risk capacity; part of the mining sector or come under other piece of legislation; there is no legal requirement that the Warden Training must be an accredited course. Life International Training offers both accredited and non-accredited training for companies.

Do I need to prepay for the training?

NO - If you are an individual attending a course, payment is required at the conclusion of the training session. If you are a company we give you a seven day account.

I don't have a first aid kit, which one should I get?

If you are not sure, call us and we will help do a quick risk assessment. However the best one to start with is the National Standard First Aid kit.

Can I pay by Credit Card?

Yes but it may incur a 2.5% card fee.

Life International Training generally does not do training for individuals but for businesses.  However we have a number of trainers who are willing to do small numbers.  Alternately we are able to add you to a class with an existing client.
