This client has 13 sites around the country. Recently we conducted Fire Training and organised Evacuation Practices for their sites. The WHS Manager provided Life International Training with a list of all branch contacts and we liaised directly with them, but copied the National WHS Manager in on all arrangements.
At each location we have a ‘Trainer for Hire’ arrangement in place, unlike a subcontract arrangement, these trainers are training our courses and the certificates all come from Life International Training. This ensures the company is provided consistency in training. All certificates were sent to the relevant branch and a PDF version sent to the National WHS Manager.
This client has 22 branches around Australia. Life International Training has been servicing QLD and NT branches, with Fire Audits, Fire Diagrams, Fire Evacuation Plans, Fire Training, First Aid Training, First Aid Kits and Signage. We have provided a 'Total Safety Solution' for their business.
Life International Training is in essence the training division for a brewery who employs over 250 staff. On this site we organise ALL training, whether Life International Training has the training on scope or not.
We conduct all First Aid Training, Fire Training, Manual Handling Training, Spill Kit Training, Confined Space Training and Elevated Work Platform Training to name but a few. All team leaders have access to an online training matrix via Dropbox whereby all parties, including Life International Training can identify staff that have completed training modules, those who are scheduled for upcoming training and those who have gaps in their training requirements.
